Rebecca Click, MA, LBA, ​a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, ​joined the PBM team in October, 2016.  She currently serves as the Executive Director at North Carolina Solutions and provides consultative services across multiple states. She studied Behavior Analysis at West Virginia University, earning her BA in 1996 and continued her education at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where she earned an MA in 1999. Rebecca completed her Master’s Thesis entitled Stimulus Equivalence: Investigating Learning Processes in Children under the advisement of Dr. Carol Pilgrim. Rebecca has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for over 16 years and has had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings gaining experience in Experimental Analysis of Behavior, Organization Behavior Management, Positive Behavior Support, and in the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders. She also has significant experience advocating for children and families through participating in IEP meetings and legislative efforts. When not working, she loves spending time with her 2 active sons, practicing Martial Arts, traveling, and watching football.


Stacey D. Simonds, MA, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, is the Clinical Director for PBM since October of 2009.  Ms. Simonds graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts Degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida.  She continued her education at USF to gain her Master's of Arts Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.  She graduated as an active member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor's Society.  She has over 20 years' experience working with children with varying disabilities.  Prior to becoming Board Certified in 2002, Stacey began working as a behavior assistant under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with children with Autism conducting Verbal Behavior Therapy.  Since becoming Board Certified, she has worked in many different capacities with children and adults with varying disabilities.  Her expertise includes supervising, creating and implementation of Verbal Behavior Therapy, along with extensive experience with behavior reduction procedures and skill acquisitioning.  Along with attending Behavior Analysis and Autism workshops regularly, Stacey has presented professional posters and symposiums at conferences for both the Florida Association of Behavior Analysts and the National Association of School Psychologists.  Stacey is a certified Professional Crisis Management Instructor.  She is an active member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International.   Stacey loves being a mother to two boys (14 and 6 years old) and enjoys staying active. 


Nicole Sculthorpe BSQP, Practice Manager, hails from Louisville Ky and brings over 25 years of experience in human services. Her initial endeavor into the field was community support to at risk youth in New Jersey. She went onto provide substance abuse services in an outpatient setting until the birth of her three children. She then re entered the work force as a job coach working with the developmentally disabled and 1:1 paraprofessional aid in the local high school. She returned to community support when she moved to North Carolina in 2008. She went on to become office manager of a local community mental health clinic for approximately 10 years through their transition from MH services to ABA, working under current clinical director Rebecca Click. She was Team Lead for supported employment before returning to role of practice manager with SR Plus in 2019. She is married to her husband of almost 30 years and has three boxers. She loves the beach and NC State Wolfpack football!

Catie Rollins, Registered Behavior Technician Lead Therapist (RBT). Catie has worked at SR+ Behavior Consultants since 2018. Catie has a degree in Early Childhood Education, and is currently enrolled at Purdue University pursuing a degree in Psychology, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis. Catie will graduate in 2022 and will sit for her BCaBA state board exam.


Janel Guiry, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Janel has been a Registered Behavior Technician for the past year and eight months. She received her certification on March 29, 2019. She also has a B.A. in Sociology from Rider University.


Kelsey McGonigle, Kelsey is currently pursuing her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials in the state of South Carolina. Kelsey has worked for SR Plus Behavior Consultantsons for 4 months now.

Miroslava Pinzon, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Miroslava has been certified since May of 2018. Miroslava has almost 3 years of experience working with young children with ASD. Miroslava recently graduated from ASU with Master’s degree in Special Education with concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and is working towards acquiring her BCBA credential.


Kelsey Tressler, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Kelsey was credentialed as an RBT in April of 2017. Kelsey has four and a half years experience in the field.
